We understand that everyone has times of struggle, and where we can, we would like to help alleviate those burdens. So, if you find yourself in one of life's many storms, please, reach out to us. If you are in a need of a ministry which we cannot currently provide, we will be happy to point you toward other resources in the area.

Our Support Ministries

Benevolence

Contact the Main Office - 816-331-1000

We are not able to help with rent, but we can provide some assistance with utility bills for those who have fallen behind because they are in crisis. You will need to come to the main office, fill out our form requesting benevolence, and provide a copy of the bill you need assistance on. Our benevolence committee is run on a volunteer basis and is funded by donations. As such, we are not always able to help on the same day we receive requests, but we will reply as soon as we are able.

Grief Support

We know that many are going through grief, especially around the holidays, and we have recently started a support group that meets weekly at 5:30pm on Thursdays. Please, contact Mr. Krigbaum if you are interested in this ministry and would like to know where the meetings are held.

Addiction Counseling

If you or a loved one is struggling with addiction and need individual counseling, please reach out to Pastor McCubbin to set up a time to meet.

If you are interested in setting up or joining a new men's or teenagers' Bible study on conquering pornography and addictions, please let Pastor McCubbin know. This would be for those who struggle and for those who have family members who struggle, and it would focus on providing tools to overcome.
