Meet Pastor Danny McCubbin of FBC
Pastor Danny McCubbin serves as Pastor at First Baptist Church of Belton and Superintendent at Heartland Christian School, where he has ministered for the past five years. He gave his life to the Lord at age eight and answered God’s call to ministry at
seventeen. Danny began pastoring at eighteen and teaching in a Christian school at nineteen.
For 30 years, he has served as a pastor and leader in Christian education. He has helped lead and establish new Christian schools throughout the Kansas City area, and the churches he has pastored have experienced continued growth.
Danny holds an undergraduate degree in Pastoral Studies and History Education and a master’s degree in Administrative Leadership. His desire is for the church and school to reflect Christand help every person know God’s love.
His life verse is Proverbs 3:5–6, reminding him to trust the Lordfully and follow His direction.
